All prices exclude New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 15% & Shipping cost, and already reflect a 3% discount for cash, EFTPOS, and bank cheque payments. Most credit cards are accepted in store, but do not qualify for the 3% discount. Please note online payments may not be processed during the weekend and public holidays. We cannot process your order until the money is received into the nominated Bank Account. All items are subject to availability. Errors and omissions excepted. Pictures of products are for illustrative purposes only, actual product may vary. All product information and graphics are provided by its supplier. Due to fluctuation of New Zealand dollar, Micro ComputersLtd reserves the right to change price without notice at any time. Customer may equally withdraw their order. Micro Computers cannot guarantee that certain products will always be available when you place your order, but if your order cannot be filled immediately you can withdraw your order. Micro Computers reserves the right to limit the number of sale items purchased per customer. Website transmission cannot be guaranteed to be secured or error-free as information could be intercepted, corrupted, lost, destroyed, arrive late or incomplete. Micro Computers does all it can to minimize the risk, however, it cannot accept liability for any errors or omissions in the content of this website. The end-user purchaser deems an acceptance to the Micro Computers's scope of service and terms and conditions. Micro Computers support shall NOT cover: - Hardware and/or software not included in the original System default configuration delivered to the user (including, but not limited to, any additional hardware/software purchased or installed by the user subsequent to the purchase of the System). Any such hardware and/or software shall NOT be installed or supported by Micro Computers pursuant to this scope of service. - Systems or System components no longer under warranty. - Support for Systems where the user has used the System in an abusive or negligent manner. Terms and Conditions for warranty service For credits and/or warranty issues, please return the goods to the branch from which they were purchased. For online orders, please send all faulty and warranty related items to our shop. Computer Hardware Warranty Policy - All products purchased from Micro Computers are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Please refer to published price list for warranty details and the specified repair period for each product. The faulty product has to be returned to us for warranty proposes. The item(s) will be sent back to our suppliers, once the fault has been identified, the manufacturer will either repair or replace the item within a reasonable period of time. A replacement/remedy will be return back to the customer as soon as possible. Normal warranty replacements will usually take 7-10 working days. However, due to stock unavailability from the suppliers, a replacement/remedy may take longer than usual, which is beyond our company’s control. We will endeavor to speed up the warranty process, and without any unnecessary delay. - Out-of-warranty hardware repair costs are the sole responsibility of the user. - End-user purchaser has full control and knowledge of information, data and software stored on the System and will be responsible for such information, data and software and their use, including, but not limited to, installed 3rd-party software, all of the user's personal setting preferences, contents and backup files. - Any recovery task (whether or not attempted by Micro Computers) to restore the System to its original default settings may destroy some or all data, settings and software on the System and that this scope of service has given me sufficient notice of such risk. - End-user/ purchaser will backup (i.e. make backup copies of) all important data and/or applications on the System before undertaking or allowing a potentially destructive act (including, but not limited to, any recovery tasks performed by Creative). If Micro Computers determines that the backup of the System data or information was not performed, Micro Computers reserves the right to refuse to provide the services as stated in this scope of service. - End-user purchaser also bears full responsibility (1) to protect his/hers System against viruses, Trojans, worms and other harmful software programs (and that regular updating of anti-virus software is essential), and (2) for any unauthorized and/or unsupervised use of his/hers System. Physical damage by customer will not cover by warranty. - Additional hardware and software not included in the original system default configuration do not fall under this scope of service. Hardware or software that is not supported as part of the original System default configuration will not be installed or supported by Creative. If Micro Computers determines that unsupported software or hardware may be the cause of a recurring problem, Micro Computers reserves the right to require the System be returned to the original default configuration (i.e. as at the time of original delivery of the System) before providing further service. - Warranty is not transferable. Delivery We will make every effort to ensure delivery of goods or performance of services is on time but will not be liable to you for any loss or damage arising in any way from any delay in delivery or performance. All claims for shortage or damage during delivery must be made to the carrier within seven days of the date of delivery. Return Policy Any goods being returned to us for warranty replacement or credit are to be labeled and consigned in accordance with our procedures. Returns for other than warranty replacement are at our discretion. Software cannot be returned if opened unless it is faulty. Package Conditions All Micro Computers packages prices are parts only. Thus, labours for installing any hardware or/and software are charged separately. (For labour charge details, look under the service menu for labour option at www.microcomputers.co.nz) Pick up Conditions If you have placed an order and have deposited the money into our account, please provide us with proof of payment and your photo ID if you are collecting the item(s).
